去辦理臨櫃相關業務 家人當初被詐騙成為警示帳戶已是委屈的受害者 結果只是去詢問是否解凍帳戶能不能用而已 就被他們主管以質問的態度問我們在其他別家有沒有帳戶(態度超兇) 分明講白就是叫我們不要在那邊辦帳戶 我們已經問過客服他們說解凍了,結果臨櫃的他們還沒查詢就說沒有,還質問客人 他們自己內部資訊不對稱還態度那麼差 有夠爛的!

6/10星期五早上10:00左右前往辦理業務,一進門的小姐很熱情詢問要辦什麼業務,之前遇過同位小姐,聲音都很宏亮很清楚,而且很有耐心詢問、引導,還會主動提出是否需要在等待時先幫我解決問題;叫號後是3號櫃檯小姐服務,態度很親切,不懂的地方提出詢問也不會不耐煩,門口服務的小姐前來溝通時,也沒有直接打斷我跟櫃台小姐談話,很貼心!因為叫到號正好在使用ATM,趕快跑去櫃檯後就忘了拔出提款卡,跟門口小姐告知後,小姐馬上幫我去機台看,但是沒有馬上取出,而是請我親自取出提款卡,真的很貼心很細心!很保護很尊重客戶隱私!謝謝當天替我服務的兩位小姐:)

效率慢,人員態度差,辦理的業務說明東西也說明不清楚,還會跑過來把你的號碼牌換掉,給其他人插隊,傻眼,之後應該不會再過來這裡了 更新:服務態度是非常、超級、極致的差, 現場11:00來,等到13:44才辦完,在辦的時候職員口氣像在審犯人,講解超級不清楚, 最後!重點是!!還沒辦成,我超傻眼,開個戶而已,我規定內該帶的都帶了,也乖乖排隊等了,在開戶之前還叫你填一堆有的沒的,填了兩次,花超多時間,最後跟我說叫我回去自己辦數位帳戶??? 我就問??? 不想讓人開戶就直接說,在那邊浪費我時間, 回去開數位帳戶,然後我還要再填一次那個長到爆的資料、再等2-3天才能開通, 那請問我過來分行的意義?? 如果能打負分我給-100 開個簡單的儲蓄戶開到一肚子氣
