★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始是因為去給教練推拿,他分析了許多造成痠痛的根本問題,包括姿勢不正確、部分肌肉並未正確使用,並且教了一些可以改善痠痛的伸展動作。
好奇之下便報名了教練課。
教練深諳推拿與健身的原理,經驗豐富,能夠依照個人的身體特質與限制,給予適當的訓練指導。例如本人腳踝關節緊,下蹲幅度受限,因此教練建議調整深蹲結束位置,以免在現階段造成背部代償,佐以按摩球多去放鬆小腿腳踝一帶。
目前學了深蹲、硬舉、胸推等動作,教練會很仔細地協助檢視身體各部位是否在正確的位置上發力,呼吸是否有搭配,施力角度是否正確,以免出現代償問題。
自己課後練習若有問題或是哪裡痠痛,也會在下次上課時幫忙修動作,解釋練習時不舒服感的原因為何,如何調整。

Out of curiosity, I signed up for a coaching class.
The coaches are well versed in the principles of massage and fitness, and have rich experience. They can give appropriate training guidance according to individual physical characteristics and limitations. For example, my ankle joints are tight and the squat range is limited. Therefore, the coach recommends adjusting the end position of the squat to avoid back compensation at this stage, and use massage balls to relax the calf and ankle area.
At present, I have learned squat, deadlift, chest push and other movements. The coach will carefully assist in checking whether each part of the body is exerting force in the correct position, whether the breathing is matched, and whether the angle of exerting force is correct, so as to avoid compensation problems.
If there is a problem or any soreness in my practice after class, I will also help to fix the movement in the next class, explaining the reason for the discomfort during practice and how to adjust it.
