2021年5月中續約辦新手機到現在,已經出過兩次問題,但門市的處理狀況非常糟糕。 1.處理問題不專業,態度敷衍了事 我從4G oppo換到 5G Samsung手機, 當天即轉移,回家測試網路訊號及網速都很好,但使用的第一個禮拜內頻頻發生斷網狀況。擔心是手機問題拿回去門市,他們做了一些設定後請我們回家先使用4G,兩三天沒問題後,再換回5G測試。由於當天是第七天,我們擔心若拖下去,到時若是手機有問題也無法退貨,但門市小姐表示這部分他們可以再跟公司說,請我們還是先回去測試。測試結果為使用4G網路時沒問題,使用5G網路時就會不定時斷掉。我們打電話回門市,是當初為我辦理續約及購機的先生接的,他表示他問過客服,是收訊不好的問題,還說他自己的也是這樣(當初我要換5G時,他並沒告訴我)。先說我自己的立場,我非常討厭換手機,因為轉移資料、把手機調整成我習慣的模式等等很麻煩,所以我能不換就不換,我只希望幫我解決問題。我也想過是訊號的原因,但在家裡訊號是滿格,下載速度都是500Mbps以上,並且斷網的狀況在家裡或公司都會發生。加上這位門市先生當時在為我們服務時,就很不老實(購物金的運用、簽約時我在螢幕看不到完整內容就要我簽名、以及推薦買保健品時拿的是魚油,最後結帳要離開時卻告知我們買的是低價位的葉黃素),所以我不是很信任他,打去客服詢問,客服人員說聽起來是手機的問題,後續由技術人員接洽,認為不是訊號問題。(那請問門市先生為什麼跟您說的不一致? 還是您只是一味的不希望幫我們更換手機?)後續不知道為什麼斷網頻率就比較少了(可能手機有更新過?),只是會發現網路有時默默地從5G轉4G,但只要不會斷網害我玩遊戲時突然斷掉就好。 2.辦事出包,撒謊甩鍋 讓我爆氣打這篇評論的是第二件事:一個月後我看到帳單,發現當初換5G方案時我要求取消的KKbox,還是被收了149元。(這一個月我沒使用過KKbox線上服務,但有聽離線資料庫的歌曲,因為還是可以聽,所以我以為之前下載的音樂都還是可以使用) 打去客服確認,是承辦人員並沒有幫我取消,客服表示會請門市店長跟我聯繫。一等就是一個禮拜,今天7/5傍晚接到電話,林姓店長開頭就表示他們調過監視器,確認當時我並沒有要取消KKbox,並且詢問我是不是這段時間都有使用。(言下之意是我不想付錢所以捏造事實? 雖然我記性不好,但當時我印象深刻,我說要取消時,那位先生還問那他幫我使用方案調整後只要99元好不好,我就有說不用了。而且當時我男朋友同行,他也確定我有要求取消) 再來,看監視器光憑影像就斷定我沒有說,這藉口也太粗糙了! 所以我詢問店長有沒有錄音,她回答有,我說那請妳們調錄音檔案確認,她才回說是”承辦人員印象中並沒有說要取消”。我當下真的一整個火大,我就說這個錢我也不要了,但是我一定會客訴,請你們調錄音檔案確認實際狀況。該店長回應今天確認完再打給我,不過今天已經過了,我還沒收到回應…… 這篇文純粹是出氣,不求貴門市能解決任何問題。從續約時的不愉快,到後來的事件處理,都讓我覺得這間門市從上到下做事都很隨便,態度也很差,要是沒有後來這件事我鼻子摸摸自認倒楣下次不再來這家就算了,但沒誠意解決事情還將責任都推給客戶,我真是忍不住,不吐不快!
