I bought something and asked the shop staff about the differences from the previous ones. I did n’t know what happened to me. (Pharmacy is not a beverage shop. I did n’t know it before. I ’m a newcomer? I do n’t have any professional knowledge.)

Why do you question the quality of the product when the customer buys it back? Why can't we question how you bought the product? You know that the kind of thing needs to be stored in the refrigerator and why you put it in the drawer? I blame the customer for the process of buying it back, where and how to deal with it. This gives me the feeling that I blame the customer~ without further understanding what the customer wants to express, why things are like this...??????? ???????? service quality is so bad
