紅燒是寬麵條（比陽春麵再寬一點/厚一丁點，所以不容易被湯泡爛）、清燉是細麵條。
*不過想換麵條一樣可和店員告知喲～
今天吃的是紅燒牛肉麵，有些牛肉帶有一點筋，雖然沒特別愛吃筋的我，卻感到非常驚艷，因為牛肉軟嫩，吃的出來熬很久，一咬就會一絲一絲的分開?有些邊邊帶的筋，完全不膩，入口即化又帶有紅燒香味??????
問過店員，因為剛開半年，還未決定休息日，所以目前每天午晚餐都有營業。
改天再來吃吃其他的項目❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1、清燉牛肉麵的湯頭適中，喝起來不會有排斥感，在吃麵和肉的同時不知不覺就把湯喝光了，蠻飽的。
2、大碗的肉有足足7塊，扎扎實實的肉，不會有高比例的筋或皮，每一塊都非常好咬，很好分開，對老人小孩非常友善。
3、麵會一坨在一起要分開來吃有點費神，這點有待改進。

非常失望！
清燉牛肉麵的湯，不跟我說他是牛肉湯的話我可能會覺得好喝，但我很仔細去喝了真的一點牛肉香味都沒有。牛肉更是有一股奇怪的味道，我很難不懷疑這是組合肉，整碗麵吃起來完全沒有層次，路竹人居然給這種難吃的麵4.5星真的是不能理解。
