老闆會用少量油去炸物，他好像常換乾淨的油，我吃到的油炸物，味道很乾淨、有原始的食物味道，而且他會將不同的種類分開炸，以確保熟度。
因為他快收攤了，還送我壽司，之前就聽朋友說他的壽司很好吃，真的是我吃過最讚的素食壽司。跟所有素食者分享，希望你們也能夠找到喜歡的美食

炒麵口感不差不過我還是喜歡比較乾一點的口感
當然我買餐點是不太會在意老闆的態度，不然越接近打烊，臉就超臭還帶點不耐煩
