今天外帶一包羊肉爐,800元, 回家後,發現除了一大包清淡無味的高湯,一小坨沒什麼味道又軟趴趴的高麗菜屑,再來就是2小塊帶皮及骨頭的肥油,跟一塊5公分長的羊蹄。 沒錯,就是三塊帶骨的羊油及羊蹄,這樣800塊錢。連一個人塞牙縫都不夠,而且湯頭清淡到,我懷疑只是自來水。然後,為什麼會有那塊羊蹄?我是不是誤會了什麼?(幾乎全部倒廚餘桶,還得費力清掉那羊騷味)

滿福羊肉爐,真正的溫體羊肉,令人難忘的好滋味!我們經由澎湖「京典」海鮮老闆的推薦,由台北南下高雄,就是專程要來吃這一家好吃羊肉爐~ 很推薦涮羊肉盤,涮羊肝和羊蹄筋;涮羊肉真的彈嫩好吃,尤其他的的涮羊肝,因為是吃自耕蔬果的羊(不吃飼料哦!),完全沒有羊腥味,羊肝嚼在嘴裡,還會爆鮮甜,真的令我很驚奇;還有他的羊蹄筋Q度適中,楊皮筋是有厚度的喔,都很不錯吃! 溫體羊肉本來就不便宜,價位方面,跟溪湖,或是宜蘭一些羊肉爐名店,是差不多的,特別是這邊是自己養殖的溫體太監羊,肉質很棒,我很推薦~

We made a special trip to eat this delicious mutton stove~ I highly recommend the lamb soup plate, lamb’s liver and tendons; lamb lamb is really tender and delicious, especially his lamb’s liver, because it is a lamb that eats self-cultivating fruits and vegetables (no feed!), there is no fishy at all. The taste, the lamb’s liver can be chewed in your mouth, and it will burst into sweetness, which really surprises me; and his lamb tendon has a moderate Q level, and Yang's tendon is thick, which is very delicious! Warm-body lamb is not cheap. In terms of price, it is similar to that of Xihu or some famous mutton stoves in Yilan. Especially here are the warm-body eunuch lambs raised by ourselves. The meat quality is great. I highly recommend it~
