★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵條當場適量製作，不加防腐劑，只有湯麵與乾麵，種類簡單、口味尚可，以安全衛生為訴求，是個食用簡單點心的好所在。本人習慣選用該店蔴醬乾麵。
The noodles are made on the spot in an appropriate amount, no preservatives are added, only soup noodles and dried noodles are available. The types are simple, the taste is acceptable, and safety and hygiene are the appeal. I am used to choosing dried noodles with sesame sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家採手工自製麵條，經營者是兩位親切的夫妻，滷味看外觀還以為乾硬、但其實不然，而且豆干也有入味，本次點了麻醬乾麵，老闆推薦搭配桌上崗山豆瓣醬（果然超推），乾麵還會附贈清湯唷，價格平易近人，顧客似乎都是在地熟客，感覺是家在地老店
