涼拌羊肚酸度剛好，熱炒調味都不錯，肉質多半是全瘦肉沒什麼油脂，所以羊肉湯的羊肉，肉很硬，燙羊肉，也很難咬，排骨湯的肉很Q，基本上整體環境乾淨，但價位略高！
