★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的放在冰箱保存販賣的涼麵，使用關廟麵製作，麵體口感Q彈，非一般的油麵，為了維持衛生與品質，採用封口機包裝涼麵，不知道的還以為是批來賣的，其實老闆娘對衛生的把關超級龜毛，除了自家調製醬料外，連辣椒油都是自己熬煮的。

涼麵味道偏酸一點點，但吃起來很健康喔！可能就是太健康的關係，口味稍微偏辣的我覺得小可惜~但在燕巢能找到不錯的涼麵店已經很棒了~
