p.s. 自己買興沖沖第一次就買了500g台灣乳源奶油, 嚐了一匙又塗抹麵包仍然只想放棄繼續嚐試...。剩下的一堆奶油該怎麼辦呢......
In terms of flavor, there is still a long way to go from French or Japanese cream, especially the partial flavor of domestic milk source is extremely unnatural. Although there are companies in Taiwan that want to try to produce cream and it is worth encouraging, there is still great room for improvement.
p.s. I bought Xingchong for the first time and bought 500g of Taiwanese milk source cream. After tasting a spoonful and spreading bread, I still just want to give up and try... What should I do with the remaining pile of cream...
