The surrounding living functions and infrastructure construction have gradually improved, and there are many businesses and convenience stores downstairs (Family Family, 7-11). It is very comfortable and convenient for parents to live there, and the management committee is also very careful in managing it. Take care of any business, water~

The appearance is really gorgeous and advanced! The people in the community management committee are very selfish. The public gym is very large and gorgeous, but the usage fee has increased from $40 (one point) to $80 (two points) an hour, because the management committee people rarely use the gym, Kaohsiung +0. Months have passed, and the public establishment has not been reopened. Community public swimming pools, the sauna has never been opened up to now. I wonder how many years will I have to wait? This year the management committee decided to change to a cheaper management company. Every employee in the old management company was young and polite. Most of the people in the new management company are very old, poor manners, and often do wrong things. The management company is cheaper and the service quality is poor, but the management fee has not been reduced, so the management committee has a dozen people...? The bricks on each floor of the building are at risk of falling. They have always been marked with an "X", but no one has replaced them. (With photos) The windows of the building facing the MRT station cannot be opened at all because it is very noisy and dusty. The public shared electricity bill is very high, and the monthly electricity bill is one to two times higher than the electricity bill used by the households. Those who need to buy for self-occupation, please think carefully!

The overall appearance of the building is quite recognizable. I have visited friends several times in and out. The lobby is quite tidy, the elevator is also very clean, the nearby parking is also very convenient, and the living and transportation functions are quite good.
