★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 橋頭糖廠興建於西元1901年，為早期從獸力壓榨製糖進入現代化機械設備的第一座製糖廠，為台灣最大的古蹟保存區。
目前以藝術村的樣貌重現，整個園區十分廣大。
村內有多間建築、商店、裝置藝術等等，如白屋、森林中的馬戲團、時尚之秋等特色商店建築，及藝術村內唯一的一間小學「興糖國小」都十分值得參觀。
 The Qiaotou Sugar Factory was built in 1901. It was the first sugar factory to squeeze sugar from animal forces into modern machinery and equipment in the early days. It is the largest historical preservation area in Taiwan.
At present, it reproduces the appearance of an art village, and the entire park is very large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 假日來比較多人。如果有老人家或是小孩可租用電動腳踏車，一個小時之內就可以逛完石鼓文化園區還有前面的一些文創，或許還有一些時間可以好一點林蔭小道吃到花卉伯朗中心，但是如果要到裡面的話最好要停兩個小時，電動腳踏車假日比較貴個400 500 600，以車行還有人數都不一樣，裡面也有一些文創市集呀可以到處轉轉有捷運可以到達在橋頭老街還可以去吃肉燥飯或者是一些其他的當地食品
