下次再試芋頭口味。

橋頭區這一帶有賣紅豆餅(車輪餅)的店家，就我所知只想到2家
(反倒是賣類似雞蛋糕的小攤位或胖卡數量很多)
這一家位置坐落在橋頭黃昏市場的起點前，藥局騎樓下，對面就是全家
個人偏好傳統的紅豆、奶油口味，頂多再加上芋頭
餅皮部分沒研究，我說不出個所以然
但內餡相當的充實有份量，一口下去會爆餡
一個的份量算適中，作為晚餐前的下午點心很合適
要吃「止饑」的，而不是「吃飽」的
在晚餐前肚子就撐飽的話那就本末倒置了
可惜他的攤位地點交通沒那麼方便
扣除掉這點，相當值得推薦

(Instead, there are many small stalls or fat cards selling chicken cakes)
This location is located in front of the starting point of the dusk market in Qiaotou.

The crust is not researched, I ca n’t tell why.
But the filling is quite full and has a large amount.
The serving size is moderate, suitable for afternoon snacks before dinner
Eat "stop hunger" instead of "full"
If your stomach is full before dinner, then the cart is upside down.
Unfortunately, his booth location is not so convenient.

皮薄餡多大概是最好的形容，
餅皮屬於早期的雞蛋糕皮種類，
不是脆皮的。
內餡甜度都恰恰好，
芋頭還有芋頭塊在裡頭，
奶油有點類似熱布丁的口感，
味道算讓我挺喜歡的。
芝麻口味則挺香的～
吃這類東西通常是熱的才好吃，
所以現做也是一個值得的等待。

但其實口感差好多⋯
用料其實少很多、麵粉的比例也不是很恰當，
冷掉了非常的不能接受⋯⋯⋯⋯
不會再二訪的紅豆餅。
