個人喜歡奶油口味。香氣十足,餅皮也很香。 芝麻沒有很滑順,較像濕潤的芝麻粉。 下次再試芋頭口味。

推薦的下午茶點心 橋頭區這一帶有賣紅豆餅(車輪餅)的店家,就我所知只想到2家 (反倒是賣類似雞蛋糕的小攤位或胖卡數量很多) 這一家位置坐落在橋頭黃昏市場的起點前,藥局騎樓下,對面就是全家 個人偏好傳統的紅豆、奶油口味,頂多再加上芋頭 餅皮部分沒研究,我說不出個所以然 但內餡相當的充實有份量,一口下去會爆餡 一個的份量算適中,作為晚餐前的下午點心很合適 要吃「止饑」的,而不是「吃飽」的 在晚餐前肚子就撐飽的話那就本末倒置了 可惜他的攤位地點交通沒那麼方便 扣除掉這點,相當值得推薦

古意郎的一攤紅豆餅, 皮薄餡多大概是最好的形容, 餅皮屬於早期的雞蛋糕皮種類, 不是脆皮的。 內餡甜度都恰恰好, 芋頭還有芋頭塊在裡頭, 奶油有點類似熱布丁的口感, 味道算讓我挺喜歡的。 芝麻口味則挺香的~ 吃這類東西通常是熱的才好吃, 所以現做也是一個值得的等待。

其實都是吃服務區裡面的高關紅豆餅, 想著連鎖店應該不會差太多~ 但其實口感差好多⋯ 用料其實少很多、麵粉的比例也不是很恰當, 冷掉了非常的不能接受⋯⋯⋯⋯ 不會再二訪的紅豆餅。
