Qiaotou Sugar Factory Deputy Director’s dormitory was built in 1940 with a building area of ​​33.76 square meters. It was the main wooden residential building during the Japanese Occupation Period. The shape included the planning of the front courtyard and backyard. So far, the main body of the building and the environment still maintain a certain integrity. If viewed as a whole with the factory director's dormitory, it is currently the most representative Japanese-style wooden dormitory and exquisite Japanese-style garden landscape area in the factory area. In June 1988, the Qiaotou Sugar Factory was closed and production was suspended. The dormitory of the deputy factory director was severely damaged outside the building due to the closure of the factory.
