?日治時期曾經是日軍的靶場所在地。
?現行的建築於1958年為了訓練越南交換學生蓋的員工宿舍，今天有點可惜看到很多商家並未營業，但因為人不多的關係，掌握到很多關鍵的景點，同時感謝一位高雄遊客協助入境拍照！

2.周圍還有許多老建築，也鄰近「橋仔頭糖廠白屋藝術村」，僅假日才有開放。

?"Rainbean Tree": tree age is about 117 years, family: legume, tree height 22M, tree diameter at breast height 1.5M, tree bust 5M, crown width 630M2.

?The current building was built in 1958 to train Vietnamese exchange students to build a staff dormitory. Today, it’s a pity to see that many businesses are not open, but because there are not many people, they have mastered many key attractions. I also thank a Kaohsiung tourist for his assistance. 1958年建的單身宿舍前廣場有一株高大茂盛的雨豆樹，據考證這裡原先是日軍的靶場，後來改成宿舍供單身員工居住用。
廣場的地型像是天然的戶外表演廣場一樣，雨豆樹的四周是一個以咾咕石堆砌成的旋轉石階梯，又在雨豆樹前方石牆上還有防空洞崁在牆內，不仔細看還不易發覺！

Attractions
In the square in front of the singles dormitory built in 1958, there is a tall and lush rain bean tree. According to textual research, it was originally a shooting range for the Japanese army, but was later converted into a dormitory for single employees.
The shape of the square is like a natural outdoor performance square. The Yudou tree is surrounded by a revolving stone staircase made of chugu stones, and on the stone wall in front of the Yudou tree there is an air-raid shelter embedded in the wall. It's not easy to see it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買完橋頭太成肉包意外發現對面有烏克麗麗的表演，才發現有一個這麼美妙的好地方。在雨豆樹廣場有賣手工咖啡和一些文創商品，天然的戶外表演場地，大樹下聚集各個表演者彈唱，舒服的風和坐在咾咕石堆砌成的階梯，愜意欣賞的觀眾們。
除了來橋頭老街走走、吃冰，不妨來這邊走走會有意外地收穫喔~
After buying Qiaotou Taicheng Meat Bun, I accidentally found that there was a performance by Ukulele opposite, and only then did I find such a wonderful place. In Yudoushu Square, handmade coffee and some cultural and creative products are sold. There is a natural outdoor performance venue. Under the big tree, various performers gather to play and sing. The comfortable wind and the stairway made of stones make the audience enjoy it comfortably.
In addition to walking and eating ice in Qiaotou Old Street, you might as well come here and you will get unexpected rewards~

在一個小坡下方，廣場後方有咖啡小座、手創藝文，可入內參觀或坐下來好好休憩，很不錯！

Inside Qiaotou Sugar Factory.
At the bottom of a small slope, there is a coffee shop and hand-made art at the back of the square. You can visit it or sit down and relax. It's great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful plaza with huge ancient trees and big grass yard for families and kids to play on. This place is right in front of the MRT station, probably only known to the locals, but really worth a visit if you are nearby. The old building are filled with artists studios and shops. Nice place to have a cup of coffee or tea, read a book, or hang out with friends in the afternoon. The restroom was however locked for some reason.
