They take great care of the dogs, including baths, and he has made significant progress even after 2 weeks (primarily working on basic off leash commands and food aggression). They teach the owners the commands, encourage visits, and send videos/pictures sometimes too. Basic kennel enclosures and a nice yard with agility course equipment for them to play on. Despite my Mandarin being weak, they work hard to communicate with me and make sure I understand what's going on. I am overall very happy with their service, and my pup is too.
