永安是石斑魚的故鄉， 來到這裡舉目所見皆是大型魚塭，養殖面積真的很大！
鹽田村，百年前居民以曬鹽及賣鹽維生。 當地社區發展協會為加深民眾對鹽田社區傳統曬鹽產業及相關鹽業文化歷史的了解，以彩繪藝術的手法讓多為閩南三合院結構的古厝有了新生命。
這裡的彩繪範圍只有一條路而已，所以逛完可以轉往鑽石沙灣。
