Many years ago, when I watched the car, the business representative always asked for the deposit first, and promised to refund the deposit as long as the parents disagree. Later, the loan was never passed. Because my friend used the company as a guarantor and couldn’t find another guarantor, he asked for the deposit to be returned. Mother has agreed and only wished to refund half of the deposit.
