★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詢問一些有關清冠一號的問題，電話一直通話中，由於就住在診所對面，就到櫃檯現場護士小姐，她也只是跳針式的回答一些莫名奇妙的東西，就是一直要病患早上打電話詢問……
因為近，之前有到這診所看了幾次，医師態度也是冷冰冰，說話語氣也是一付非常高傲的樣子，加上她開的藥方也是對病況毫無改善，所以就不再去，這次要不是家人新冠確診，貪圖方便，也不會踏入這診所！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因確診想線上診療而掛號，電話忙線可以理解，接起來服務員也算親切，但你們要病患等回撥，我從早上等到晚上你們關門一通電話都沒有，直至今天起床仍然反覆的咳，不是很能理解為何一直建議病人去其他診所拿一般用藥，如果我今天只是調理身體我當然會以中醫為主，但現在是因新冠狀病毒所擾，因為身體需求第一次致電，同時也是失望

I don't quite understand why patients are always advised to go to other clinics to get general medicines.
