因感受度不是很好
告知此次消費不想要包卡優惠了,要改單次體驗比較貴沒關係,我也不需要贈品了,硬說無法取消?
我人都還沒離開店面還沒付款
甚至才剛開始做
就不能反悔改作單次消費?說卡片號碼已經輸入電腦不能修改了?
這是強迫消費的新招嗎?
只想說:進店消費還是不要直接告知要買優惠,讓設計師慢慢介紹好了
因為有那種「包卡業績已經做到」了就不太積極了,連本來可以給予方便的期限空間都沒了⋯⋯有點無言啊
因為我在15天前同一家店才剛包另外二種卡而已⋯⋯
前後差15天而已,不同設計師不同消費時間點就感受大不同??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 燙髮,結果胖胖的男設計師完全沒有幫上藥水,全部讓助理上,也沒來看上的怎樣,只會來吹頭髮,下場就是頭髮燙的很爛,大部分都沒直,是有多懶,還休想我買護髮染髮,一次店,不會再去了。

完全沒肩頸按摩,等的時間比洗髮時間還久(等了半個多小時,坐下洗頭時間才10幾分鐘)
健康洗:
完全沒肩頸按摩,頭部梳子按摩也很會速,整個流程大概半小時左右
意見:
若服務好,自動會買卡,不必一直推銷,而且若不買臉很臭!其實在這也買了好幾張,但是一直不是很滿意,不是流程快速,就是少了某些流程,失望極了!

每間新技 斯多莉 經營模式都會有助理,設計師 。我能接受培育新人,給新手成長的時間。但對消費者而言,花相同的金額,當然會期許該有的技術。這次的體驗,應該是我走了N間這名稱的店,感到想快速離開的店。
新手頭刮,就想問設計師們,您們驗收過了嗎?
洗髮的弟弟是中間還有點安慰的一環,雖然力道不穩,但節奏是放鬆的。
選精油洗就是想放鬆頭皮...不然我就在家自己處理了。
打一串不是想說消費者意識,而是因為有比較....都是同體系的店家,請經營者確保提供的服務 都能在均線質
