爽脆油醋蔬菜-道具與食材
（以下清單為影片中使用份量，請您依個人需求，調整容器與份量）
【保存容器】
- 乾淨消毒過的玻璃罐*3
【主食材】
- 綠色花椰菜- 一顆約300g
- 洋蔥- 半顆
- 胡蘿蔔- 一根
- 白蘿蔔- 1/3根
- 甜椒- 紅椒、黃椒各半
- 檸檬- 切片，適量
【香草酸醋汁&油】
- 水- 500cc
- 白醋- 250cc
- 檸檬汁- 100cc
- 糖- 兩匙，想抑制酸度可以多加兩匙
- 黑胡椒粒- 一匙，可改用黑胡椒粉
- 蒜粒- 三辦
- 月桂葉- 兩片
- 各式香草- 迷迭香、九層塔、羅勒、薄荷、百里香…新鮮或乾燥的香草都可以
- 橄欖油- 每罐容器放兩匙
