再等了2天仍沒消息，所以自己去問進度，店員回答：抱歉，那天太忙 完全忘記這件事，沒有送修。
奇怪 那為何前兩天電話詢問時 說廠商沒回覆， 現在卻說 完全沒送修，是在敷衍客人嗎
我告知店員 這樣的服務態度不是很ok 看來只能去別家店 不再光顧
店員竟帥氣的回說：好啊 請便
真搞不懂 這是什麼服務業??
還是 他就是老闆，不然請到這種員工………???

然後去洗眼鏡發現沒有資料，原本還不想幫我洗，後來查到是輸錯資料，連客戶資料都輸錯，表示對客戶的眼睛一點也不細心。
強烈建議找其他間更專業的吧！！後悔3000元的眼鏡不能長戴...（眼睛很不舒服）
