★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有一次晚上21點左右來店買飲料，幫我點餐的女生叫阿文，一邊幫我點飲料 一邊戴著耳機通話， 不知道是不是耳機太大聲，都聽不到我説什麼，做飲料的時候也是一邊講電話一邊做飲料，原來本店教育員工這麼隨便！如果有零顆星一定不會給一顆星 一顆星是給飲料的。
 Once I came to the store around 21 o’clock in the evening to buy a drink. The girl who ordered me a meal was called A Wen. She was talking on the headset while she was ordering a drink for me. When drinking drinks, I also make drinks while talking on the phone. It turns out that our shop educates the employees to be so casual! If there are a few stars, I will never give a star. A star is for a drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前天到本店光顧的時候， 一個叫阿文的小姐做飲料的時候一直瘋狂咳嗽，拿著我的飲料一直咳嗽不覺得很不衛生嗎？ 問甜度冰塊都不會加請問的，超沒禮貌，臉還很臭，很多次下午去買飲料的時候，都是一個瘦瘦黑黑金長髮叫Syuan的女生來點餐，臉也是臭到不行，請加強兩位員工素質。

I won’t ask for the sweetness of ice cubes. It’s super rude, and my face is still stinky. Many times when I went to buy drinks in the afternoon, it was a thin, black, gold, and long-haired girl named Syuan who came to order. If it doesn't work, please strengthen the quality of the two employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員的態度有夠差，跟店員說是在KLook上面買電子票券的，都不會主動問甜度冰塊，客人問問題也不會好好回覆別人，員工訓練待加強！
（PS.一個有染髮綁馬尾的女店員
這一顆星是留給你們飲料的，要不是飲料好喝也不會去你們那邊買，不過之後可能寧願跑遠一點也不要去濱山店了。
The attitude of the clerk was bad enough. They told the clerk that they bought e-tickets on KLook. They would not ask Sweetness Ice Cubes actively, and customers would not respond well to others when they asked questions. Staff training needs to be strengthened!

This star is reserved for you to drink. If the drink is not good, I will not go to your side to buy it, but afterwards, I might rather run a little farther than go to the Binshan store.

有次買飲料做好放旁邊也不講就在處理下個客人⋯太扯了吧！
