★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭一次吃時是在打狗夜市，臭豆腐用特殊的酵素來發酵豆腐，炸出來的整體和傳統台式臭豆腐完全不同，外比酥脆內鬆軟的，口感真的很特別而且沒有油膩味，之後一試成主顧一個禮拜最少吃2回，連小孩都讚不絕口！
The first time I ate it at Dagou Night Market, the stinky tofu was fermented with special enzymes. The whole fried tofu was completely different from the traditional Taiwanese stinky tofu. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The taste was really special and not greasy. Once you try it and become a customer, you can eat at least 2 times a week, and even children are full of praise!
