麵皮有厚度，吃起來軟Q不濕軟.內餡不油膩又有蔥花香，調味也很剛好，外帶回家快20分鐘，皮也不軟爛還有肉汁.
甜的吃了芋頭餡的，不甜膩還有吃到整塊芋頭角，可以混搭口味這點也很棒.
薏仁豆漿裡頭的薏仁是帶有明顯顆粒感的大顆圓型的薏仁，不同外面一般喝到的那種軟軟碎碎口感的珍珠薏仁（精緻大麥），這點有驚豔到.
