後就有一位服務台小姐(靠走道)來詢問辦理業務內容
聽完後她就請我等一下,然後就回到位置上處理事情了
然後就坐在洽談桌上聽著裡面的其他業務員大聲地討論著晚餐 肉粽等等之類的內容(我還以為來到菜市場),但同時也沒有人來理我
時間過了大約5-6分鐘,就起身詢問剛剛請我稍等那位服務人員我要等多久
她回覆說我想說先幫前面那位小姐處理過戶(那剛剛為什麼不先跟我說明?)
後就請隔壁座位靠牆的同事幫我處理
這位靠牆的同事拿到我的資料後就突然口氣很差並且大聲的跟我說:你沒有給我身分證字號?也沒有給我印章?
好的,故事到這裡,請問上述過程中她甚麼時後有跟我提說要提供要身分證字號跟印章?
如果沒有的話,請問我是要用通靈的得知嗎?
我只能說貴公司貴單位的服務力真的好棒棒,如果真的這麼委屈這麼不甘願,拜託不要來做服務台,我讓貴公司保保險,也不是花錢去被兇的,感謝收看,以上
