10月初的車禍造成「左前十字韌帶斷裂合併內外側副韌帶及半月軟骨損傷」,術後很徬徨無助不知該如何復健,爬社團文又對復健之路感到無力恐懼,還好透過FB找到如康,讓我的復健之路順利許多! 治療師非常的細心親切,一步一步的指導復健動作,耐心講解任何的提問,如果自行在家做復健時遇到問題也都可以Line詢問,很慶幸遇到好的物理治療師,真心推薦給需要的朋友?

本人主要有 1.今年中膝蓋開始反覆痠痛甚至睡不著 2.三年前右手手腕三角軟骨韌帶複合體損傷,加正反面皆有小的劍鞘囊腫 3.上肢在活動時肩膀、手肘有滑動即痠麻感 在之間的時間都有去找復健科、骨科、中醫針灸、推拿等,皆沒有太大改善 推薦這個老師的重點有 1.不會一直要你回診,反而是希望患者著重在本身的訓練,甚至要你沒事(復原了)就不用回來了 2.治療期間都很有耐心且親切回答我的問題 3.跟其他醫生的觀念差很多,其他醫生都要我不要再運動了,讓我生活一直受限,很多事情不能做,甚至多做就又復發;這個老師則是強調要在正確的方式下訓練、運動,才能讓身體、生活的狀況更好。 以下類流水帳 在10月中看到此家治療所的廣告去找老師,一開始先詢問日常生活及病史,接著做一些姿勢測驗,最後得知是我膝蓋會疼痛是因為我股四頭內外側肌力不協調,加上我的足弓塌陷、右腳舟狀骨突出,所以現場教我做肌力訓練(配合電療),也幫我做了徒手按摩,最後開了功課給我回去自主訓練及按摩放鬆。 一開始大概每一、兩周回診一次,依照我的情況更改或增加功課內容。 目前膝蓋改善很多,內側肌肉也明顯有練起來了,舟狀骨跟足弓塌陷肉眼能明顯看到改善,雖然偶爾膝蓋還會微酸,但至少沒有像之前一樣一蹲下就發作到痠痛不已; 手腕從原本只能負重5KG手傷會復發疼痛,到目前能負重14KG也不會疼痛; 接下來希望也能繼續把膝蓋訓練好到完全沒感覺,以及把手肘跟肩膀調整好。

At present, the knee has improved a lot, and the medial muscles have also been clearly trained. The collapse of the scaphoid bone and the arch of the foot can be clearly seen with the naked eye.
