肉鬆是魚鬆，剛開始很不適應，感覺有點腥
米糕是粒粒分明，硬的
筍絲湯有甜度但筍絲有點味道不大愛
看評價來的，可能評價太高導致有點小失落

米糕粒粒分明，但是魚鬆以前比較香
和記憶中的味道已經不同了
變得很一般
也已經不是老老闆在賣的了
但是四神湯口味一直沒變，裡面的小燕麥還是一樣，而且一樣的好喝

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好吃！但份量少 會覺得有點小貴 畢竟附近還有鳳邑的超澎湃四神湯 多少會想拿價格來比較 另外品質不太穩定 偶爾四神湯腸子苦苦的 米糕上的魚鬆會腥 對了 米糕是傳統的淋上肉燥的喔 肉燥有皮 吃起來QQ的 很喜歡

✔️米糕（小）$45
古早味米糕淋上鹹香滷汁，雖然滷肉幾乎為肥肉，但因為份量不多而不會感到肥膩，滷汁調味剛好，不重鹹、不油膩，帶有一絲絲甜感，醬汁量也適中，不會太濕或太乾，再加上土豆、魚鬆與小黃瓜，口味佳。
米飯較為糊糯但非軟爛，保有些微口感。
✔️ 筍絲排骨湯 $45
屬於偏酸的筍絲頗脆口，湯頭清甜而夠味，排骨約有4小塊，每塊肉不多，幾乎為小碎骨。

The marinade is seasoned just right, not too salty or greasy, with a hint of sweetness , the amount of sauce is also moderate, not too wet or too dry, plus potatoes, fish floss and cucumbers, the taste is good.
The rice is glutinous but not soft, and retains a slight texture.

The sour shredded bamboo shoots are quite crispy, the soup is sweet and flavorful, and the ribs are about 4 small pieces, each piece of meat is not much, almost small broken bones.
