開個戶已經夠久了,還要推銷保險,存錢也不請去另外存錢櫃臺,聊個不停,一個拖一個,沒效率,走馬燈也沒在顯示還要等多久,扯的是,現在連承辦行員是誰都不知道,問了,只說要等,等等等...人生都被你們給浪費掉了!

1處理事情只對大客戶積極,送客送到大門外還加上鞠躬,其他老百姓只有等待的份
2ATM常常故障,也都不會在機台張貼公告,要人多此一舉的作插卡動作才知道不能使用,把民眾當白癡耍
3有1個員工時常霸佔ATM,慢悠悠的使用,一卡又一卡...使用完不趕快出來在那滑手機,當機器就她一個人的,所有人都在門外排隊至少半小時
4保全講話態度對一般老百姓很差,但對大客戶的到來卻是客氣到一個不行,笑容滿面
5大客戶名車併排擋道當沒看到也不處理不當一回事,一般老百姓立馬被説話
