The air conditioner at home is faulty and the elders are afraid of heat. I asked to help install as soon as possible during the phone call. I didn't expect the installation to be completed the next day. The store and the customer service lady were very enthusiastic to help and were very satisfied. The only dissatisfaction was that I was only 1 meter away from a cable box and charged me an extra 1200, which is really too expensive.
