★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/10第一次用app回報,你們人員主動來電說因為在802驗PCR,802屬苓雅區,鳳山區沒有資料,所以全部跟我重新確認一次一家五口資料,隔天有3位家人收到簡訊,但確診者及先生卻遲遲未收到簡訊,每隔2天打去問,傳訊息到你們的官方LINE也已讀不回,最後請已解除隔離的先生跑一趟去問,得到的答案都是叫我們等,我們也能體諒你們業務繁忙,也就這樣等了一個禮拜,到5/16因為隔天要上班,需要提出請假證明,再次詢問卻換來沒有我們的資料,不然你們每天來電關切確診者症狀是在什麼平行時空?
今天再次詢問,換來口氣不耐煩,完全不想讓我問話,只是一直告訴我不會寄簡訊給我,因為沒資料,只會發紙本,問你是用寄的還是請人送來也答不出個所以然,拜託可以認真一點嗎?
