?為什麼這一帶都是「信Ｏ」、「信Ｘ」？
這一帶是鳳山的打鐵街，有「信興、信仁、信成、信利...」，我問了信興鐵店 的老闆，為什麼這裡的鐵店都是「信」什麼「信」什麼開頭？老闆說因為這裡的人都很講求信用，也有一些是親戚關係所開的，兩種原因都有。
他說「他是這裡最菜的店」，目前開了30多年，如果再沒有人接手的話大概剩一兩年可能就會收起來了。目前高雄磨刀的店家蠻多的，但打鐵的鳳山就只有打鐵街這裡，真的就是從一塊塊的鐵開始熔、敲打，遠一點的話就是比較有名的興達港也有。

The boss said that because the people here are very trustworthy, and some of them are caused by relatives, for two reasons.
He said, "He is the best restaurant here." It has been open for more than 30 years. If no one takes over, it will probably be closed in about a year or two. At present, there are quite a few shops in Kaohsiung for sharpening knives, but Fengshan is the only place where iron is broken. It really starts from the melting and beating of pieces of iron. If it is farther away, there is also the more famous Xingda Port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打鐵街，打鐵所用的煉爐，似乎隨者時代變遷，已經變成古蹟不再使用，看到兩具煉爐都放著報紙及雜物。
短短的50公尺，兩旁都是打鐵舖，都是老人家在顧店，年輕一代都沒願願傳承家業，不用幾年，打鐵街也許會變成珍珠奶茶及早餐店喔！
