★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乾麵的醬跟細麵搭配得很好，麵體偏硬很有嚼勁；環境很乾淨，且老闆很客氣；大碗的份量很多，建議可點小碗，比較適合一般人胃口。

單純淋上豬油與肉燥的傳統乾麵，味道承載著濃厚古早味，麵條看似細軟，吃起來卻有一股咬勁，上頭豬肉片不乾柴，還有豆芽菜的相伴，簡單卻令人滿足。

吃不飽就切點滷味小菜吧！每次滷味必點海帶、豆乾和滷蛋，夠味好吃也不貴，淋上醬油膏最對味。
