對喜歡吃軟麵的人來說 大概是唯一的缺點

拉麵中上，炸黑輪是意外之喜，口感薄脆像餅乾
搭配套餐便宜。
我可能會為了黑輪再去吃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比較偏台式口味的拉麵，豚骨湯頭清澈回甘，但辣豚骨就還好，吃不太出來湯頭的味道，叉燒肉肥而不膩，恰到好處！加40就有小菜跟飲料，蠻划算的，炸黑輪片很大一盤。唯一敗筆大概是加了黑木耳，很台味?。
For the more table-style ramen, the tonkotsu soup is clear and sweet, but the spicy tonkotsu soup is good. It doesn't taste like the soup, and the barbecued pork is fat but not greasy, just right! Add 40 and there are side dishes and drinks, which is quite a bargain. The fried black round slices are a big plate. The only flaw is probably the addition of black fungus, which is very Taiwanese.

豚骨拉麵的湯頭屬於清淡順口不黏嘴唇的類型，可惜的是入喉後有股豬腥味會衝出？有點可惜。
