一樓正殿奉祀主神玄天上帝，右殿為註生娘娘，左殿為福德正神
二樓凌霄寶殿奉祀玉皇上帝，左、右兩側為南斗星君及北斗星君，玉皇上帝座前奉祀三官大帝
歷經多次遷移與整建，新廟於106年12月新殿擴大安置完成
整體建築廟內採光良好，莊嚴宏偉，神像精緻，金碧輝煌。
