今天一早來這裡買份簡單的早餐~ 我想這是我買這品牌早餐以來服務最差的一間店。 事情是這樣的: 我等待著服務人員與前面的客人說完話。(該我了) 我上前說:(小姐~我要點餐) 小姐直接拿菜單給我說:(那妳要自己填寫),於是我接過菜單去旁邊勾選。 等到我要上前結帳,卻看到小姐在為後面的客人點餐,我內心充滿疑惑???但是~我還是先等那位客人結完帳,到我了~~~~~ 我才問小姐:(為什麼妳可以幫那位客人點餐卻不能幫我點餐?) 小姐態度不是很和善的回:(什麼?我們要寫單啊~) 我心裡納悶問:(那為什麼妳可以為其他客人點餐???) 她用不耐煩的態度回:(妳這邊$60) 我拿錢給她並問,所以都不用對客人說聲抱歉是嗎? 她才回:(喔~抱歉) 但是在旁邊煎食物的男生既然態度對我表現不悅(發出聲音卻又把口中的話收回去,不知道要說什麼,但很顯然他態度很差~) 以上我想請問你們: 你們身為服務業這樣對嗎? 賣東西為客人結帳有先後次序,你們不知道這道理嗎?那好,既然錯誤也發生了,客人一開始也只是納悶所以問為什麼? 妳錯了直接禮貌性的回:(抱歉我沒有注意到)這樣不就好了嗎? 而妳非但沒有,還一副理所當然 彷彿客人質疑是客人不對,這是服務業該有的態度嗎? 很多事大家褒貶不一,但這是我今天遇到的狀況,我po上來,大家看看,下次來這間店消費的要注意點餐問題,因為她們似乎沒有重視到順序問題,還有點餐方式也不一樣。(隨心所欲嗎?) 另外我的吐司肉片,有一份的內餡中間處沒有煎熟,我吃到一半就丟了。希望去消費的客人爾後要留意。

櫃臺小姐服務態度很好,每次去都看到老闆兇員工,很替員工抱不平,蛋餅的蛋加了水生意還可以這樣,要笑了

這家我很少去頂多一個月去兩次左右,但這一年來只要去就會有問題!送錯餐點、做錯餐這已經是每次去常見情況以及跟服務人員反應對方態度還很差!以上這些都可以覺得算了小問題,而且都發生在不同天,只能認衰~所以才會偶爾再去消費!但今天很誇張,點的餐點很慢才送上來,比我們後到的兩桌都開始吃了,又把另外一桌的送給我們,反應了服務人員態度就是一副我們點的!自己回頭看才發現送錯!然後另一份餐點,最後真的時間等太久去問,果然是連做都沒做,退了錢又如何,感受非常差!錯誤率很高態度又不佳的一間店!其他分店速度快也態度好,就這家最特別

吃過那麼多間分店之間的服務最好,效率也最好,明明是一樣的連鎖店但為何有的時候吃起來還真的不一樣,打電話先訂是最佳選擇。
After eating so many branches, the service is the best and the efficiency is the best. It is obviously the same chain store but why sometimes it tastes really different. Calling first is the best choice.
