★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 為了吃酸豆找到了這間店,順便叫了一桌菜吃看看。酸豆果然道地好吃難怪很多人推薦;剁椒鱸魚會辣但是辣的好吃,鱸魚肉質真好;乾鍋肥腸看起來辣但是還好,是香的微辣;毛氏紅燒肉據說是毛澤東愛吃的菜色,但是就普通,跟台式的比還是肥一點比較好吃;乾扁四季豆我們請店裡做不辣的,略鹹很下飯;芋頭排骨真是好吃,平常不愛吃芋頭的小孩都跟我搶著吃;香乾芹菜就還好沒有特別感想;東安雞比較不合我個人的口味。
比較酷的是甜點稵粑,他是類似麻薯的口感,外面是濃濃的黑糖,應該要很甜但是不會膩,不愛甜食的我也吃了兩個。這間是我們會再來的店。
BTW,做好事先訂位先點餐,上菜就會很快,還能點私房菜

除了湘菜以外, 還有許多特殊料理, 如:整隻血鴨,燒雞公, 香辣青蛙, 紅燒鱉,等私房菜(皆需提前預約),菜肴口味都好特別,很美味,非常下飯, 尤其喜歡吃辣的朋友一定更加喜愛, 辣度是連不吃辣的朋友也會喜歡的口味。
當然也有不辣的菜色可以選擇, 像是韭菜炒木耳, 看起來再簡單不過的蔬食料理, 韭菜鮮嫩, 木耳清脆,結合起來口感絕佳, 清爽可口。
無論是雞, 鴨, 魚, 肉(豬, 牛), 豆腐, 蔬菜, 各式食材的料理都有。價格也很平實, 服務專業良好, 尤其是老闆為人慷慨豪邁, 令人用餐感覺愉悅。
對面就是鳳山行政中心, 有個大停車場, 斜對面也有路邊停車格, 停車很方便。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 經常經過這家,因為在舊家附近,本來農曆年前要試試,一拖再拖到中秋,是嫁到台灣的扶欄人主理,服務的大姐也是一樣,有著扶欄人講普通話帶點鄉音的親切,因為我祖籍也湖南,爺爺奶奶有著一樣的口音
食物已經調整為適合台灣人的口味了,辣還是夠辣的,但有些菜反到失去特色,當然我也不夠膽點剁椒或水煮系列的……
唯一想講的,芋頭排骨有點可惜,排骨還沒和芋頭融合,而干鍋也是不夠乾……
