★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工作人員多、動作迅速，煎包不大，內餡料較少（但至少沒有某些攤商有種奇怪的味道），皮如果在酥脆些，會更喜愛
There are many staff and quick actions, the fried buns are not big, the fillings are less (but at least not some vendors have a strange taste), if the skin is crispy, I will love it more

水煎包都是現桿、現包、現煎的，一面煎得微脆，另一面則有水蒸的包子口感，皮偏薄而濕潤。內餡雖然較少，但用料實在、調味不錯，有清爽的高麗菜以及些微的豬絞肉，麻油、香油與薑提升了味道的豐富度，不大不小的份量適合當作小點心～
