Passing by at 9 o’clock in the evening on 3/24, someone poured water down from a tall building (I don’t know which floor is too dark)!!? If it’s water, it’s okay. What about another liquid? Consequences...I hope that the management office will be concerned. Residents must be ethical. Thank you
