與布丁相似的茶碗蒸，高湯與食材的自然甜味，讓看起來平凡無奇的蛋，吃起來不平凡。
每次來必點的炸豆腐，口感有如麻糬創新的吃法，真的讓我一吃難忘。
炙燒壽司?最想念的當然是干貝與比目魚，這兩種豐富的大海味道，讓不敢吃生食的人都願意親口嘗試。
最後別忘了也是必點的烤山藥，有別於一般薄片燒烤，厚片加上特調的美乃滋，入口即能嚐到山藥的炭烤香氣！
真是讓人能一來再來的日本料理店
 Sliced sashimi as thick as toast, the taste is full of oral happiness!
The steamed tea bowl similar to pudding, the natural sweetness of the broth and the ingredients, makes the seemingly ordinary egg taste extraordinary.
The fried tofu, which I must order every time, tastes like mochi and the innovative way to eat it. It really makes me unforgettable.
Grilled sushi? is of course the scallops and flounder that I miss most. These two rich flavors of the sea make people who dare not eat raw foods want to try it themselves.
Finally, don’t forget the grilled yam, which is also a must. Different from the ordinary thin slices, thick slices and special mayonnaise, you can taste the charcoal grilled aroma of yam!
