★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛去買飲料剛好只有一個客人跟我，前面客人在點店員在服務，點餐過程我在等待想說掃Qr實名制，之後一個阿伯插隊，當前面客人點完店員就幫阿伯點餐阿伯沒實名制，我跟店員說我先來的但店員說阿伯先來的，所以意思要我先排隊等前面點完餐在換我點完才掃qr就對了，所以你們都是照sop走不會變通，以後在不來這間店態度差

三位男店員各司其職：
裡面資深人員趕製繁瑣的。
點單人員服務細心，後面來了一位中老年客人，或許是看不清楚菜單上的字，點單人員觀察到狀況後，立刻從櫃臺想幫忙客人。
外送人員回來馬上支援前線。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟兩位阿姨”同時”走進去店裡 阿姨們走到櫃檯旁邊在那邊看菜單 我走到收銀機前點飲料 結果點完正要付錢 阿姨突然對著店員點餐 店員問我們誰先來的 阿姨搶先說是他們 店員就先幫阿姨們點餐了 但我們明明是同時進去的
對於此事有幾點疑問
1.請問難道不是收銀台前才是點餐位置嗎？
2.不是應該先處理先點餐的人嗎？
3.難道兩位阿姨在旁邊看菜單看五分鐘我也要在他後面等嗎？ 更何況我們是一起走進去店裡的哦^_^
I walked into the store "at the same time" with the two aunties. The aunties walked to the counter and looked at the menu over there. I went to the cash register to order a drink. 1. Isn't the place to order food in front of the cashier?
2. Shouldn't the person who ordered first be dealt with first?
