★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員小姐跟我們再三保證2020 12月底前一定會送貨到府，當時記得應該是10-11月的時候買的，結果12月底了都無消無息,跑去找那個店員它也只是跟我們說很抱歉甚麼的，現在都已經2021了，到目前為止也打過客服給專員了，專員就說1/4號這個禮拜就會送達，結果1/8禮拜五了還是沒有收到商品??如果沒辦法做到當初就不要這樣說誒，整個感受有夠差，一 點效率都沒有，除了會賠不是還會幹嘛?我買個運動器材等了快3個月??
The clerk repeatedly promised us that it would be delivered to the house before the end of December 2020. I remembered that it should be bought between October and November, but it was nothing at the end of December. I went to find the clerk and it just told us. I said I’m sorry. It’s already 2021. I have called the customer service to the commissioner so far. The commissioner said that it will be delivered on the 1/4th week. As a result, the merchandise is still not received by 1/8th Friday?? If you can’t do it, don’t say that at the beginning. The whole feeling is bad enough, and there is no efficiency at all. What else would you do except for the loss? I bought sports equipment and waited for almost 3 months??
