★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I JUST BOUGHT BIG TRUCK (THERE ARE 12 CARS INSIDE) FROM THE STORE AND MY SON LEAVE ON THE PLAY AREA NEAR THE CASHIER,AND HE FORGOT TO GET IT.AFTER FEW MINS OF GOING OUT,WE WENT BACK TO SEE WHERE THE TOY WAS LEFT,ALREADY BE TAKEN AWAY.WE ASK FOR THE CCTV FOOTAGE TO CHECK WHAT HAPPENED,IF SOMEBODY GET THE TOYS OR SOMEBODY RETURNED TO THEIR OFFICE...THEY LET MY HUSBAND SEE THE FOOTAGE WITH THE HELP OF THEIR PERSONNEL...BUT THEIR CCTV FOOTAGE WAS NO USE,NO COVERAGE IN THE AREA... MY CONCERN HERE IS WHAT IF VERY IMPORTANT THING LIKE PERSONAL BAG,ETC...I HAD BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER FOR LONG TIME BUT WITH THIS THING THAT HAPPENED,I DONT WANT TO GO THERE AND BUY AGAIN,IF YOU LOST SOMETHING OR FORGOTTEN SOMETHING,NO SECURITY...THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO SITUATION LIKE THIS...
