★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上教練課時，Ivy教練很細心調整每個姿勢，也很耐心的教導，真的讓第一次來健身房的我，放心很多，並且也會隨時注意我之前腳受傷地方會不會不舒服，在做動作撐不下去時，也會用鼓勵的方式，給我信心，看著自己在教練指導下，體力有一點點的進度，真的很開心。
During the coaching class, Coach Ivy carefully adjusted each posture and taught patiently. It really made me feel at ease when I came to the gym for the first time. When I couldn't keep up with the movements, I would also use encouragement to give me confidence. I was really happy to see my physical strength progress a little under the guidance of the coach.
