換了新的，用了ㄧ個月又壞了，無法開機。
嚴重影響客人使用。
很抱歉。
我5月購買，ㄧ直沒有使用，
因本來就是拿來當「備用的」。
第一次壞掉是7月或8月時，開始使用後的2～3天就壞了（無法開機）。拿回去貴公司維修，當天下午打電話給我，說明貴公司有向廠商爭取換新的，因爲還在工作，所以隔天拿回來使用。
現在換了新的這台也壞了（無法開機）。
在電話裡我也說了，我比較衰，都拿到機王？
也詢問是否有備機能借？因為急需使用到。
所在地離貴公司有ㄧ段距離，又在工作中，沒辦法即時過去。
至於退款的部份，意思是說
「如果這次送修，拿回來又壞掉（這部份指不是人為因素），是不是可以退錢了？」
貴公司說在此行業30～40年，在品質上有一定要求，那我只能說..我真的真的真的運氣很不好。
在此為通話及留下負評向貴公司道歉，並修改評價。
手邊貴公司的商品，就不麻煩貴公司了。
