★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五甲協善心德堂又稱五甲關帝廟或五甲觀音亭，齋教先天道萬全堂系的兩所廟宇的合稱，是高雄市鳳山區五甲的齋堂與鸞堂，建於1915年（日治大正四年）。建築群前殿協善堂主祀關聖帝君，後殿心德堂供奉觀世音菩薩、為台灣少數僅存奉行先天道祭祀儀軌之佛堂。經南天主宰文衡聖帝（關聖帝君）指示，大正11年（1922年）選擇今址建土厝一棟，稱為協善堂祀文衡聖帝，配祀諸恩主。
西元1962年，協善堂與心德佛堂受批准成立，並合併為「財團法人五甲協善心德堂」。
Wujia Xie Shanxinde Hall, also known as Wujia Guandi Temple or Wujia Guanyin Pavilion, is the collective name of the two temples of the Zhaijiao Xiantian Dao Wanquan Temple. It is the Zhaitang and Luantang in Wujia, Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City. It was built in 1915. Year (the fourth year of Japanese rule of Taisho). The Xieshan Hall in the front hall of the building complex is mainly dedicated to Emperor Guan, and the Xinde Hall in the rear hall is dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva. In the 11th year of Taisho (1922), it was instructed by Emperor Wenheng (Guan Shengdijun), the ruler of Nantian, to choose this site to build an earthen house.
In 1962, Xie Shan Tang and Xin De Buddhist Hall were approved to be established and merged into "Five Jia Xie Shan Xin De Tang".
