★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵體比較軟，沒有Q勁，湯頭比較清淡，適合不吃重鹹牙口不好的老人家。麻醬麵的香味很足，對我而言就敗在外省麵沒有普通印象來得有咬勁。最愛的是桌上的麻辣豆瓣醬，比一般市售來的辣不重鹹。
