It’s delicious and cheap, and the most recommended is the braised eggplant here (eggplant is the number one vegetable that I find difficult to cook deliciously, but it’s really nutritious). The chef here makes the eggplant soft and tender. Every time I come to eat, I will pick up a bunch of them ?
