The construction of the original Fengshanxi Sewage Treatment Plant (hereinafter referred to as the plant) was completed in May 1995 and officially operated in July 1998. The factory is located at the southern end of Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City. The site is located at No. 100 Baoya Road, Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City. It covers an area of ​​about 10 hectares. It mainly collects domestic sewage from the Niaosong and Fengshan areas and intercepts part of the Fengshan stream for biological secondary treatment. , The designed processing capacity of the plant (average daily sewage volume is 109,600 CMD), the maximum daily sewage volume is 130,000 CMD. In addition, the sewage collection system includes 20 interception stations and one sewage outlet. As of the end of July 108, a total of 83,774 households have been taken over. The factory started to build a reclaimed water treatment unit and a water science and technology education hall on August 23, 105, and supplied the produced reclaimed water to the Linhai Industrial Zone through the pipeline. Since September 108, the total daily reclaimed water supply can reach 45,000 CMD. , This major change completely reversed the stereotype of the sewage treatment plant, and the plant was officially renamed "Fengshan Water Resources Center" after merging with the reclaimed water plant.
